If a product is identified as presenting a safety concern, we will take appropriate action in accordance with applicable legislation. Depending on the circumstances and the applicable legal requirements, this may include:

• Replacement with a safe product of equivalent or comparable type and value.

• A refund for the affected product.

• Other appropriate remedies required by applicable law.
